About me
I am a first-year PhD student at the Department of Philosophy of the University of Hong Kong. Originally from the UK, I first became interested in Chinese philosophy while studying Mandarin Chinese in Beijing.
I am also the author and administrator of the Chinese Text Project, a website devoted to the study of classical Chinese texts. As the site costs money to run and I am a full-time student, donations towards the running costs of the site are greatly appreciated.
Interests
Besides taking photos, my interests include computer programming, amateur electronics, and Chinese philosophy, in particular the philosophy of Mozi and the Mohist school, about which I wrote my thesis in Beijing.
