Background
After graduating from the University of Warwick and spending some time working at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, I fulfilled a long time ambition of mine by going to Japan to study Japanese. Needless to say I had a fabulous time, and although the cost of transportation meant that I didn't do a lot of travelling, Tokyo is a huge and fascinating city that gave me both a taste of the country and an apetite to return.
